The Plot of Asoka Hindi 720p Dvdrip Torrent
The movie follows the life of Asoka from his youth as a prince to his rise as a conqueror and his transformation as a Buddhist. The movie begins with Asoka's grandfather Chandragupta Maurya renouncing his throne and becoming a Jain monk. Asoka's father Bindusara becomes the new king and appoints his eldest son Susima as the crown prince. Asoka is sent to exile in the south after killing a rogue general.
There, he meets and falls in love with Kaurwaki, a princess of Kalinga who is hiding from her enemies. He also befriends her brother Arya, who is training to be a soldier. Asoka assumes the identity of Pawan, a commoner, and lives happily with Kaurwaki until he learns that his mother has been killed by Susima's men. He returns to Pataliputra and avenges his mother's death by killing Susima and his brothers. He then becomes the king and marries Devi, a Buddhist maiden.
